Soilbuild Construction's Q2 profit up 5% to S$5.5m
SOILBUILD Construction's net profit for the second quarter ended June 30, 2015, rose 5 per cent to S$5.51 million from S$5.24 million in Q2 2014, while revenue jumped 21 per cent to S$81.63 million from S$67.7 million last year.
This was due to progressive revenue contributions from certain projects, including Jalan Lam Huat (multiple-user general industrial development at 60 Jalan Lam Huat) and Xin Ming Hua (industrial development at Tuas Crescent).
The board of directors have declared an interim dividend of 0.5 cent per share.
