Southeastern Grocers chief to become CEO of Dairy Farm
SINGAPORE-LISTED Dairy Farm International Holdings Limited, which operates Cold Storage, 7-Eleven and Giant stores here, said its chief executive officer Graham Allan will step down in August after five years of service.
He will be replaced by Ian McLeod in September. Mr McLeod recently said he was leaving his post at US supermarket chain Southeastern Grocers.
Dairy Farm chairman Ben Keswick said in a statement that Mr Allan has pioneered change initiatives and laid the foundation for further growth across the region and notably in China.
"Ian brings with him extensive strategic and operational retail experience with a strong track record of driving profitable growth," Mr Keswick said.
Dairy Farm last traded at US$7.94, down three cents.
