SPH said that it will also be stepping up its investments to enhance capabilities in digital, data analytics, radio broadcasts, video and content marketing.

HAPZ, a homegrown event-tech startup, said on Tuesday that it has raised S$0.68 million in seed funding.

The round is led by Singapore-based seed-stage venture firm Cocoon Capital, and participated by SPH Media Fund, Quest Ventures, TinkBig Venture and an angel investor.

Hapz, formerly known as GoTixs and a startup under the SPH Plug and Play accelerator programme, also provides end to-end services to customers including event discovery, ticket sales, exclusive deals and customer support.

SPH Media Fund is the investment arm of Singapore Press Holdings (SPH).
