STARHILL Global Reit's distribution per unit (DPU) for the third quarter ended March 31, 2017 fell 6.3 per cent to 1.18 Singapore cents, while gross revenue and net property income (NPI) edged downwards slightly.
Gross revenue for Q3 FY17 dipped 0.6 per cent year on year to S$53.33 million while NPI declined 0.9 per cent to S$41.22 million, mainly due to lower contributions from its Wisma Atria property, Ngee Ann City property, Myer Centre Adelaide and Renhe Spring Zongbei property.
