STI pulls back, loses 9.27 points
Losers outnumber gainers 251-to-177; Charisma Energy continues to feature on actively traded stocks' list
THE Straits Times Index (STI) pulled back a bit on Tuesday, shedding 9.27 points or 0.28 per cent to 3,281.57.
NetResearch Asia, which had forecast profit-taking on Tuesday morning, said in a note: "Unless entry prices were at low levels with adequate buffer, investors appear more comfortable under current conditions to take profit and wait for opportunities to reinvest."
