Straco reports slight dip in Q3 earnings

A DEPRECIATION of the Chinese yuan and lower visitor numbers at one of its attractions in China led to a slight dip in net profit for tourism play Straco Corporation for its third quarter ended Sept 30, 2016.
Net profit was down 3.6 per cent to S$22.7 million, from S$23.6 million a year ago.
