STT Connect achieves highest certification for multi-tier cloud security standard

CLOUD enablement company in the ST Telemedia portfolio, STT Connect, has achieved Multi-Tier Cloud Security Singapore Standard (MTCS SS 584) at Level 3, the highest certification level.

Announcing it on Wednesday, the Singapore-based STT Connect said it has met the Standard's most stringent cloud security requirements demanded by enterprises with high impact information, such as medical and financial records.

The firm has also received the ISO27001 certification, the international standard for information security management systems.

Carried out by accredited third-party certification bodies, the MTCS Standard is the world's first cloud security standard that covers multiple tiers of cloud security and SS 584 is a requirement in cloud services bulk tenders for government procurement of cloud services.

With cloud becoming the defacto platform of choice for data storage and exchange, there is a massive push among governments all over the world for cyber resiliency of critical digital infrastructures.

We have undertaken Singapore's highest standard for cloud security, MTCS SS 584 Level 3, and ISO27001 certifications to provide that assurance.
