Sunningdale ropes in Sam Goi, Yarwood in $25m placement

SUNNINGDALE Tech said that its chairman, Koh Boon Hwee, has roped in two new investors - Yarwood Engineering & Trading Ltd and Singapore "Popiah King" Sam Goi - to raise almost $25 million in gross proceeds for the company.
The company - known formerly as Tech Group Asia - has agreed to issue approximately 153.02 million new shares at $0.1633 each to Yarwood and Mr Goi through a private placement.
