Swensen's operator on property trail
It has evaluated 10 development opportunities, but has yet to find the right project or partner

ABR Holdings, the Singapore franchisee for Swensen's ice-cream and restaurants, has evaluated 10 property development opportunities as part of its diversification effort.
A year from the time it first proposed its business diversification, the company has not found anything yet.
"It boils back down to finding the right project, and finding the right partner," ABR executive chairman Keith Chua told The Business Times on Monday.
