Swiber receives claims of US$223.6m
SWIBER Holdings Limited or the interim judicial managers appointed on Friday said in an update that as of Sept 29, the total sum of claims received by the group is about US$223.6 million.
The company is currently seeking legal advice on the above claims, they said in a filing to the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
"The information provided herein is based on documents and information provided by the company. The interim judicial managers are in the process of verifying the accuracy and completeness of such information."
