AS it had indicated, beleaguered vessel operator Swissco Holdings has filed for judicial management (JM), becoming the second Singapore-listed offshore and marine (O&M) company to take this route after Swiber Holdings.
Both Swissco and its wholly owned subsidiary Swissco Offshore (Pte) Ltd filed their JM applications on Monday, Swissco said in an after-market filing to the Singapore Exchange (SGX) on the same day.
