Swissco's applications for interim judicial managers to be heard in court on Friday
SWISSCO Holdings said on Thursday its court applications to appoint interim judicial managers will be heard in the High Court on Nov 25.
In a filing to Singapore Exchange, it said creditors who wish to attend the hearing may do so.
Copies of the applications and affidavits filed in court are also available to creditors upon request made to the its appointed solicitors, Advocatus Law LLP, at suresh@advocatus.sg / nicole@advocatus.sg.
The development follows the group's announcement on Nov 22 that it had applied to be placed under judicial management and for interim judicial managers to be appointed.
