Talkmed approached for potential collaboration
TALKMED Group Limited on Thursday informed shareholders that it has been approached in connection with a potential transaction "which may or may not lead to a potential collaboration".
Discussions are preliminary and there is no certainty or assurance that any definitive agreement or transaction will materialise, it said in a filing to the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
"The company will, in compliance with the applicable rules of the listing manual of the SGX Securities Trading Limited, make further announcements as appropriate."
Talkmed also advised shareholders to refrain from taking any action in respect of their shares of the company which may be prejudicial to their interests, and to exercise caution when dealing in its shares.
