Teho's JV partner in Cambodia 'to resign for personal reasons'
PROPERTY developer and marine company Teho International Inc said on Friday that Sok Bun, who is the group's joint-venture (JV) partner and the director of its two JV companies in Cambodia, has "agreed to resign" from his directorship with immediate effect. This was due to "personal reasons", said Teho, without elaborating.
Mr Bun was the local partner for the residential project The Bay. Eric Cheng, managing director of Teho Development, and Dax Ng, managing director of Teho Development (Cambodia), will assume the responsibility of the day-to-day operations of the project in Cambodia.
"Teho International remains committed to moving forward with 'The Bay' development, and remains committed to making the project a success," the company said.
