Temasek to take minority stake in Virtu: sources

TEMASEK Holdings Pte will pay about US$180 million for a minority stake in Virtu Financial Inc, the US high-speed trading firm that postponed an initial public offering, according to a person familiar with the transaction.

Temasek will purchase a portion of the equity investment held by Silver Lake Partners LP, Virtu said in a statement on Monday. The statement didn't give a price.
