The Ascott bags 4 Asia deals

CAPITALAND'S serviced residence arm The Ascott has clinched four contracts to manage more than 850 units in Asia, the real estate company announced on Wednesday after the market opened.
The contracts will be for residences operated under The Ascott's Citadine and Somerset brands.
The 149-unit Citadines Han River Seoul will be the earliest among the four new contracts to start, with a projected opening in the first quarter of 2016. This will be The Ascott's first Citadines-branded project in the South Korean city and will be sited two subway stations from the Yeouido busine…
