BUDGET carrier Tiger Airways was among the top 20 most heavily traded stocks by volume on Thursday, although the counter finally closed at 26.5 Singapore cents, unchanged from Wednesday's closing price.
On Thursday morning, Tiger fell to an intra-day low of 25.5 cents before recovering and climbing up to 27 cents. By day's end, some 18.7 million shares had changed hands.
