TTJ buys land in Johor for RM38m to make prefab units
A UNIT of TTJ Holdings has agreed to buy property and equipment from Air Products Specialised Process Equipment Sdn Bhd for RM38 million (S$12.3 million), the group said in a Singapore Exchange filing on Wednesday evening.
These include 4.931 hectares of land and buildings on that site in Johor Baru, along with 22 overhead cranes and fixed plant, mechanical and electrical equipment.
It said it plans to use the property partly for its existing business of making structural steel, including prefabrication of "prefabricated prefinished volumetric construction" or "PPVC" units.
