Two former senior ST Marine executives charged with corruption
[SINGAPORE] Two former Singapore Technologies (ST) Marine senior executives were charged in court with corruption on Wednesday.
Former ST Marine president of commercial business Tan Mong Seng, 63, is accused of one count of conspiring with former president See Leong Teck, Han Yew Kwang and former senior vice-president Mok Kim Whang between 2004 and 2010 to corruptly give a S$43,721 bribe to one Pyo Sei Jin, an agent of Hyundai Engineering and Construction, in return for granting ship repair contracts to ST Marine.
