Two Lian Beng IDs resign over differences with management

TWO Lian Beng Group independent directors - Wan Soon Bee and Sitoh Yih Pin - have resigned on Friday with immediate effect. Lian Beng said that they resigned "due to differences in opinion from the management over certain company affairs".
Mr Sitoh - who is Member of Parliament for Potong Pasir - also resigned as chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of the audit and nominating committees.
