Two Trek 2000 independent directors resign

TECHNOLOGY company Trek 2000 International on Tuesday said two independent directors have resigned. One is Francis Heng, who has resigned after bringing forward a "pre-planned board retirement", to facilitate personal work commitments.
The second is Ng Chong Khim, who resigned due to personal reasons. He said he has to attend to a close family member's medical care from a recent accident.
