UBS opens 2018 volunteering efforts with road race with youth

WHEN it comes to learning the importance of teamwork and being an effective leader, the journey is often more important than the result - a thought that wasn't lost on Nurul Asyikin binte Rahim, a student from Hua Yi Secondary School.
She was among 110 youths who had been placed in teams comprising also volunteers from banking giant UBS for a 5km road race that wended through eight locations in the Central Business District last weekend.
