UG Healthcare H1 profit falls 17% on weaker sales (Amended)

UG Healthcare on Tuesday said that net profit for the fiscal first-half fell 17 per cent on weaker revenue.
Net profit for the six months ended Dec 31, 2014, stood at S$2.41 million, compared to S$2.91 million a year ago.
Revenue slipped 3.5 per cent to S$25.1 million, while costs held steady.
Correction:In the earlier version of this story, we inaccurately stated in the headline the financial period to be H2, and not H1.
