United Food receives 70m yuan offer for partially suspended unit

SOYABEAN products and animal feed supplier United Food Holdings has received an offer for its troubled soyabean processing subsidiary Post-Ante Trading Limited for 70 million yuan (S$14.4 million).
Post-Ante and its subsidiaries have partially suspended their operations for the past two years due to various issues including the implementation of environmental policies in China.
