Unusual to bring in Foo Fighters to Singapore in August
UNUSUAL Entertainment, a subsidiary of Catalist-listed Unusual, is bringing American rock band Foo Fighters to Singapore - the first Western act the group is promoting since its April listing.
The 11-time Grammy Award-winning band will stage a concert at the National Stadium on Aug 26 this year. They last performed in Singapore in 1996.
"The Foo Fighters concert marks the first Western act Unusual is promoting since our listing in April," said Unusual executive director and CEO Leslie Ong.
"We are excited to have this internationally acclaimed rock band in Singapore," he added. "We will continue to bring events and concerts from the global stage to Asia."
Unusual, a subsidiary of mm2 Asia, was listed on the Catalist board on April 10 this year.
