UOB announces cash gifts, extra day leave for SG50 celebrations

[SINGAPORE] United Overseas Bank (UOB) announced on Wednesday that all of its employees in Singapore will get an extra day of annual leave to celebrate the nation's 50th birthday.
The bank added that about 7,500 employees, who are ranked vice-president and below, will receive a S$1,000 cash gift.
