UOB raises S$1.36m for charity

    UNITED Overseas Bank's (UOB's) annual UOB Heartbeat Run/Walk event has raised S$1.36 million for children's charities in Asia, the bank said on Sunday.

    According to UOB, more than 7,000 of the bank's employees, their families and customers took part in the UOB Heartbeat Run/Walk events which were held "across Asia" on Sunday morning.
