Update: Eran Feldhay to step down as Trendlines VP, Misgav CEO
THE Trendlines Group announced before trading hours on Friday that its vice-president, Dr Eran Feldhay, will be stepping down by Sept 20.
Dr Feldhay, 44, will also be relinquishing his role as the chief executive officer of Trendlines' medtech incubator, Misgav.
Trendlines said in a Singapore Exchange filing on Friday that Dr Feldhay's appointments, which were "subject to necessary approvals . . . will be terminated on mutual consent".
Dr Feldhay's position in Misgav will be assumed by Dr Nitza Kardish, who will also continue to serve as chief executive of Trendlines Agtech-Motel.
The appointment of Dr Kardish as CEO of Misgav is subject to further regulatory approvals as required under applicable laws in Israel.
Trendlines added in a Friday afternoon statement to BT that Dr Feldhay is continuing in a senior position in the group, moving to head up ApiFix, one of the group's reportedly "ten most valuable companies", as CEO.
