Value investors see opportunity in HK

SOME value investors in Singapore continue to spurn their home country's stock exchange in pursuit of greener pastures in Hong Kong.
The interest comes at a time when Hong Kong's small-capitalisation stocks continue to fall. The MSCI Hong Kong Small Cap Index is down 12 per cent in the year to Dec 22, a worse fall than the benchmark Hang Seng Index, which is down one per cent.
