Valuetronics plans bonus issue of one share for every 10
ELECTRONICS manufacturing services provider Valuetronics said on Monday morning that it will issue a bonus share for every 10 existing shares.
The bonus issue is meant to improve the trading liquidity of its shares while marking the 10th anniversary of the company's listing and the 25th anniversary of its principal operating subsidiary Honor Tone Limited, Valuetronics said.
A special general meeting will be held to approve the issue.
Valuetronics last traded at S$0.765.
