Wee Hur Construction secures S$62m project
WEE Hur Holdings announced on Thursday that its wholly owned subsidiary, Wee Hur Construction Pte Ltd, has secured a construction project worth S$62 million from Stuttgart Auto Pte Ltd.
In a Singapore Exchange filing, the mainboard-listed company said that the scope of the project covers the erection of an eight-storey single-user factory with three levels of basement carpark comprising car workshops and showrooms, as well as ancillary offices at Kung Chong Road and Chang Charn Road.
The project will commence on May 30 with a construction duration of 30 months.
It is not expected to have a material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and consolidated earnings per share of the group for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2017, Wee Hur Holdings said.
