FROM leading the world's biggest hotel company to being the current boss of one of the world's largest health club operators, Andy Cosslett knows more than a thing or two about what makes the hospitality and fitness industries tick.
What the 59-year-old wants to do now, as CEO of UK-based Fitness First, is to bring the merits of the two sectors together and give his gym chain's one million members enough reason to keep coming back.
The Manchester-born businessman - who spent nearly seven years as CEO of InterContinental Hotels Group - reckons the key to cracking that code is to deliver that all-important human touch to customers as often as possible.
