SINGAPORE-founded e-commerce retailer Y Ventures Group is offering 35 million placement shares at S$0.22 each that would raise about S$7.7 million through its initial public offering (IPO).
The company on Friday said it has lodged its IPO prospectus and that the new shares are expected to be listed on July 11, 2017.
