YINDA Infocomm has reconstituted its board after the successful takeover mounted by parent company, Shanghai Yinda Science and Technology Industrial Co.
Yinda Infocomm, formerly called CMC Infocomm, is a provider of information technology solutions.
Non-executive, non-independent director Song Xingyi chairs the new board. Joining her on the board are executive director Qian Zhongcheng; non-executive and non-independent director Wang Zhijun; lead independent director Lim Chuan Poh; and independent directors Henry Tan and Howard Cheam.
Mr Tan chairs the audit committee, Mr Lim the nominating committee, and Mr Cheam the remuneration committee.
