YING Li International Real Estate has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to develop a mixed-development property in Chongqing's Jiangjin District.
The mainboard-listed Chinese property developer said on Wednesday that the initial investment of the China project was estimated to be about 1.8 billion yuan (S$388.2 million).
