UOB survey reveals Christmas shopping budget of S$709, which is 20 per cent less than last year's

WHEN it comes to gifting this Christmas, shoppers in Singapore are spending less this year compared to 2013, according to a new survey conducted by UOB.
A poll of 500 working adults last month found that they have set aside a total festive shopping budget of S$709, which is 20 per cent less than last year. Those surveyed were aged between 25 and 55 years old and earning at least S$2,500 a month.
