RedMart
Singapore's highly-watched online grocer RedMart started introducing click-and-collect points at MRT stations and within offices last month. With this arrangement, buyers collect their online orders in chilled tote bags from RedMart employees.
They can be "popped up anywhere and on demand - start-up style", said CEO Roger Egan. The company plans to scale this up from three locations so far to "hundreds of locations" in the future, possibly with a few permanent outposts.
