A SCHEME to re-train mid-career professionals, managers, executives and technicians (PMETs) has been extended to the energy-management sector.
The Professional Conversion Programme (PCP), part of the "Adapt and Grow" initiative introduced in this year's Budget, will re-skill mid-career professionals in areas such as technical knowledge on electrical and power systems, design of solar-system layouts and project management, in preparation for new jobs in the fast-growing sector.
