Walking on sunshine not easy, energy sector learns

AS the energy sector marches increasingly to the drumbeat of adopting renewable sources, grid management and energy storage - formerly yawn-inducing topics - took centre stage at the Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW) this week.
That they did so is indicative of a world where the adoption of renewables is already a given - though the same cannot be said about mastery over the management of the intermittent nature of renewable energy sources.
