With the bull run now into its 9th year, how is one to make sense of this unusual trend and how does one prepare for the inevitable pullback?

Any pullback, while overdue, is unlikely to be deep or prolonged, says the writer. It would likely take a significant escalation of risk events to pull equity markets sharply lower, given the still extremely supportive fundamentals.
