WORKERS' Party chairman Sylvia Lim on Friday sounded a note of confidence in the party's "healthy breed" of younger leaders and members who are waiting in the wings, ready to take over leadership of the party.

"Throughout the last six decades, the existence of the party has been tested, but despite it all, we continue to thrive and renew our ranks," she said.
