ADP says companies in US add 201,000 workers to payrolls

[NEW YORK] Companies added 201,000 workers to payrolls in May, figures from the ADP Research Institute in Roseland, New Jersey, showed Wednesday.
The median forecast of 46 economists surveyed by Bloomberg called for an advance of 200,000. Estimates ranged from gains of 153,000 to 275,000. The April reading was revised to 165,000 from a previously reported 169,000 increase.
