China Feb exports fall 20.6% year on year in yuan-denominated terms
[BEIJING] China's exports fell 20.6 per cent in February from a year earlier in yuan-denominated terms, while imports dropped 8.0 per cent.
That left a trade surplus of 209.5 billion yuan (S$44.6 billion)for the month, the General Administration of Customs (GAC) said on Tuesday.
After missing trade goals repeatedly in recent years, China did not given a specific target for trade growth as it set out its key economic targets for 2016 on Saturday, reflecting deep uncertainty about the state of global demand.
