[BEIJING] A rise in US interest rates would have limited effect on China's economy, Zhang Xiangchen, deputy China international trade representative of the Ministry of Commerce, told a news conference on Thursday.
The Federal Reserve will decide later in the day whether to wait or raise interest rates for the first time in nearly a decade.
