China's top body meeting to focus on financial risks and reform

THE focus of this year's National People's Congress, which will open this weekend in Beijing, will be on stemming financial risks and rather than on generating growth, analysts say.
Chinese officials and President Xi Jinping have been indicating that reigning in unofficial lending, financial market reforms and cutting overcapacity will be high on the agenda.
