Cavinder Bull is new CEO; Davinder takes on new role of executive chairman

SENIOR COUNSEL Davinder Singh, whose name is synonymous with top Singapore law firm Drew & Napier LLC, has stepped down from his role as CEO to become the firm's new executive chairman.
The Business Times understands that the firm did not have an incumbent executive chairman prior to Mr Singh's appointment.
Mr Singh, who has been CEO for 20 years, assumed his new position with effect from Aug 1, the firm told BT on Wednesday.
Replacing him as the firm's CEO is Cavinder Bull SC. Mr Singh and Mr Bull will lead the firm together with the firm's new deputy chairman Jimmy Yim SC, and new deputy CEO Sushil Nair.
