[SINGAPORE] Deputy Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam has categorically ruled himself out as the next prime minister, saying "I am not the man for PM".
"Just to be absolutely clear because I know of this talk going around: I am not the man for PM. I say that categorically. It's not me. I know myself. I know what I can do and it's not me," he told the media on Wednesday (Sept 28) on the sidelines of an event. "I have expressed myself quite clearly and categorically: I know who I am and I know how I want to serve."
