Employers urged to see past people's disabilities to harness true potential

Mr Tan, the campaign's ambassadors and supporters at the launch of "See The True Me"on Thursday. He says: "Including persons of disabilities in workplaces can shape an organisation's culture to be nurturing and cultivate camaraderie."


THE National Council of Social Services has launched "See The True Me", a campaign that focuses on changing the public's mindset towards people with disabilities.

It is part of a five-year public education effort to promote inclusion in Singapore. The "See The True Me"
