THE Ministry of Education (MOE) on Monday launched Enhanced Post-Diploma Certificate (PDC) courses in areas such as information and communication technologies (ICT), engineering and the applied sciences - all designed to deepen the skills of those who already hold diplomas in these fields.
From October, graduates of the five polytechnics in these fields, along with working adults who graduated with diplomas from relevant courses of study at least two years ago, will be eligible for these Enhanced PDC courses, which are aimed at refreshing their skills and keeping them industry-relevant.
