THE "recent period of high agricultural commodity prices is most likely over", said the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the United Nations' Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) in their latest joint 10-year outlook published on Monday.
But the two organisations warned of the need for vigilance as, they said, "the probability of a major price swings remains high".
